The winner will receive a two (2) night travel trailer rental. The winner may make a selection from their website of travel trailer of choice.

The travel trailers are equipped with pots, pans, basic utensils, toaster, drip coffee maker, RV toilet paper, television, microwave, awning.

The use of the award is based on availability and cannot be used on major holidays. There are no substitutions, and the award cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize cannot be used for an existing reservation or combined with any other offer or discount. Bearer of the award must be at least 25 years of age and willing to assume full responsibility. A security deposit of $500 (cash or credit card hold) will be taken and released upon returning the undamaged travel trailer. Bearer of the award will not hold Coyote RV Rentals, LLC responsible for loss or stolen property, injuries, or any other damages obtained while in use of the travel trailer. Full details in the binding contract signed upon rental reservation.

Item Special Note

Expires April 1, 2023

The award does NOT include/provide the following:

1). Motor homes. 

2). Site reservation. The bearer must make their own camping reservations.

3). Linens. Size of mattresses depends on the travel trailer requested. Details on our website.

4). Camping gear. We do not provide camping chairs, fire pits, firewood, coolers, etc.

5). Food or beverages. 

The award will NOT be split into two travel trailers one night.

All Sales are Final. 

All funds, payments and distributions made to Chaprarral PFC Online Auction hereunder are non-refundable by Chaparral by PFC or donating vendor.
