You and a guest spend one night at Ashford Castle, Ireland’s only Forbes First Star hotel for four consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023), in a luxurious Corrib Double or Twin Room with breakfast in the morning. The stately, 800-year-old architecture of Ashford Castle, located deep in the heartland of County Mayo is set against a spectacular backdrop of forests, lakes and mountains. Ashford Castle is renowned for its activities, which include one of the largest equestrian centers in the country, fishing on Lough Corrib – the second largest lake in the country – and Ireland’s first school of falconry.
