Item Special Note

Bookings can be made between May 1st and December 20th. Blackout date the week of Thanksgiving. 12 months to book 24 months to travel Subject to availability. Nights must be used during one stay. Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. If property, activity, or service is no longer available at the requested time of stay, a substitute property, activity, or service of equal or greater value will be provided. Provider is not liable for providing alternative accommodations if the preferred travel dates are unavailable. All taxes and cleaning fees are included.

Item pick up will be immediately after the concert on May 24th. Items that can be emailed, will be done so in a timely manner after your payment is processed at the completion of the auction. With any unclaimed items on the night of the concert, the bidder will be contacted about shipping or when they will pick up the item at Carlsbad High School Administration office by June 6th.

By bidding on this item, you agree to cover the shipping and handling costs and optional insurance if you would like it to be shipped to you. You will be contacted via email with the cost prior to finalizing payment for the item. Shipping will be by USPS. Carlsbad High School Band Boosters will only ship within the United States.
