2017 Tails of the Painted Cats Online Auction
Tails of the Painted Cats brings unique art and a love of cats together for all to enjoy. For the sixth year, the Painted Cats are back, raising funds for the shelter cats and community outreach programs.
During the 2015 Tails of the Painted Cats Gala Dinner & Auction, we raised an unprecedented $106,000 for the Cat Care Society shelter cats.The Painted Cats success is possible thanks to our devoted and talented artists, our generous sponsors and donors, and our dedicated committee members. Thank you to everyone involved who made this possible in 2015. We are thrilled to launch 2017 Tails of the Painted Cats which promises to be the best one yet! This year we are featuring 31 painted cats, including our new Mini Cat series. Returning this year are the 'Flat Cats' Paintings and the 'Clay Cats' Pottery. New this year, we are featuring the 'Paper Cats' Vintage Framed Postcard series.
We are offering online bidding for the Painted Cats, Flat Cats, Clay Cats and the Paper Cats from May 13th through September 13th. Online bidding will close on September 13th.
Bidding will resume at the Tails of the Painted Cats Gala Dinner & Auction on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Pinehurst Country Club from 5-8pm.
Please note: If you are unable to attend the Gala Dinner be sure to set your maximum bids online by September 13th and we will serve as your proxy bidder during the event. Bidders who require their items shipped are responsible for all shipping costs for their winning items.

The 2017 TOPC Gala Dinner & Auction will be held at Pinehurst Country Club on Saturday, September 16th from 5-9pm. The evening's itinerary includes silent and live auctions, heads or tails game, paddle raiser donations and our shelter cat-themed donation cards. Returning for the fourth year is Denver's 'Auctioneer Extraordinaire' Doug Tisdale to run the live auction and serving as a Siamese Savior event sponsor. Joining him on stage will be Channel 2 News Anchor (and life-long cat lover) Ernie Bjorkman as Master of Ceremonies.

$10,000 pays for 18 dental procedures, 52 spay surgeries, 60 neuter surgeries, 200 rabies vaccines and 165 FVRCP booster vaccines. (Providing health and wellness to hundreds of needy cats and kittens in our community and helping fund our Temporary Care Program; This program serves families temporarily made homeless due to foreclosure, fire, or personal misfortune).
