Silver Eye Center for Photography's Benefit Auction is one of Pittsburgh's most-anticipated charitable events.
You still have a chance to bid on a dazzling array of vintage and contemporary photographs, ranging from images by esteemed masters of photography to new work by the stars of tomorrow.
Aaronel deRoy Gruber (1918-2011), who we honor this year, is but one of the more than 40 artists in the Auction.

Live Auction & Brunch, Sunday, April 29, 2012, 11 am - 2 pm
Join honorary chair Eric C. Shiner, Director, The Andy Warhol Museum, and co-chairs Elvira Eichleay and Brian Lang for a festive, exciting day of great art, delectable food from Chef Bob Sendall of All in Good Taste Productions, outstanding wines from Engine House No. 25 and signature cocktails from Boyd & Blair Vodka.
The Live Auction and Brunch takes place on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 11 am to 2 pm at Clear Story Studio, located at 1931 Sidney Street on Pittsburgh's historic Southside.
Sara Friedlander, a specialist in Post-War and Contemporary Art at Christie’s, will be the auctioneer for the afternoon.

Auction Preview Exhibition
The Preview Exhibition is on view through April 25, 2012 at Silver Eye's gallery, located at 1015 East Carson Street.
Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 12 Noon to 6 pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
