The Adirondack Chairs are back in Needham, Massachusetts!
The "A Chair to Remember", auction project initiated last year by the Needham Merchants Association, the Needham Restaurant Association and the Needham Business Association, is back!
This year you will find more than 40 chairs, rocking chairs, children's chairs, footstools and vintage seating in a live auction event on Saturday, September, 21, 2013, from 6:pm to 9:30 PM, at the James Hugh Powers Hall in the Needham Town Hall.
Make your bid to support A Chair To Remember II
Last year's Adirondack chair auction proceeds created a scholarship program to award four $1,000.00 scholarships (2 in business and 2 in the arts) each year (2013 to 2015) to Needham High School Students, and for some small, town beautification projects.
Proceed from this year's, "A Chair To Remember II" auction will be used to create more scholarships beyond 2015 and for other small, town beautification projects.
