Over the coming weeks, The Reid R Sacco AYA Cancer Alliance is auctioning off a number items donated to the Alliance expressly for this purpose and with the objective of raising money to help the Alliance achieve its vision of "Seeing that day when the cancers striking adolescents and young adults are routinely curable or entirely preventable.

All our auctions will be On-line, using an on-line bidding system that directs all proceeds from the Auction to the Reid R Sacco AYA Cancer Fund in accordance with IRS regulations for charitable giving. It is from this fund that the Alliance issues grants to deserving Programs focusing on research, clinical care, and/or patient advocacy in adolescent & young adult (AYA) cancer.

The Theme for this first auction is "Cinema & Theater" and it includes two featured items:

Two Tickets to see a live performance of "Fidler on the Roof" at the North Shore Music Theatre.
Movie Tickets (with popcorn) to the Cabot Street Cinema. Offered as five separate sets of 4 tickets.
