"Springbridge Cottage" - Authentic issue in the collection: Stonefield Valley. Hand-painted depiction of an 18th-century American stone cottage. An original design by Kenneth and Hope LeVan. Sculpture No. 19631A in the hand-numbered edition limited to those produced on or before December 5, 1993.
Certificate of Authenticity & Registry states: Having met the Hawthorne Architectural Register's Evaluation Standards for authenticity, artistry, and quality, "Springbridge Cottage" is permanently listed as a Registered Landmark Sculpture. Deed of Ownership states: This DEED grants, transfers and conveys Title and Ownership to the undersigned, of one architectural Sculpture: "Springbridge Cottage" Being an authentic issue in the Stonefield Valley collection, and heretofore described as an authentic depiction of an 18-century American stone cottage. Depicted property is of the following description: A two-story stone cottage with exterior stone stairway, attached bake oven, walk-out lower level, and stone bridge spanning spring; situated over a natural spring, on a hillside site in the region known as Stonefield Valley. An original design by Kenneth and Hope LeVan. Exclusive and Unique Sculpture No. 19631A as conveyed by this DEED.
Measures: Approximately 4 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" high.
