Shake up your exercise routine while building the foundation for healthy eating.
In this 6-Week Coaching Program you’ll receive 6 weeks of hour-long private Nutrition Coaching Sessions and have access to 6-weeks of unlimited Barre, Cardio or Surfset classes. Take any class you want with any of their instructors any time during the 6-week program. Not only will you be building strength and endurance in fun barre and dance classes, but you will also learn about what kind of nutrition plan works best for you.
This is a one-of-a-kind wellness program that combines two of our favorite things! Healthy eating and dance! You will work with in-house Registered Dietitian and Barre Instructor, Jessi Haggerty!
Each week Jessi will work with you to set goals and provide you with a solid nutrition foundation to kick start you on the right track. Jessi will supplement each session with practical tools like shopping lists, recipes, and meal plans.
Barre classes feature a 60 minute full-body workout that combine ballet-based movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. They also offer a variety of dance-based cardio exercises to help keep your heart rate up and burn more calories. These include Zumba, BollyX, Piloxing, DancEnergy,and the newest and hottest fitness program - surf inspired SURFSET!
Blue Barre and Dance Fitness is a newly opened boutique fitness studio in Waltham. They are open everyday and have over 50 classes a week to fit your busy schedule. Group classes are open to everyone ages 16 and up. The brand new facility has 2 studios and a full service women and men's locker rooms with showers, toiletries and complimentary towel service.
