Item Description
One 4-week workshop (1 night per week) for 2 people, led by Ceres’ Nutrition Education Manager Thais Harris and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Peter Sholley.
In each session you will:
- Learn nutritious recipes and how to work together to prepare them (with hands-on cooking instruction);
- Find ways to improve the clarity and ease of your communication;
- Create a framework to support each other in eating better and feeling better;
- Enjoy delicious meals during Q&A!
Each session is 3 hours long and includes presentation, cooking, eating and Q&A.
We believe that a loving partner is the most important ally in creating good habits, letting go of unhelpful behaviors, and stepping into a fuller, healthier, happier life.

Workshop will be scheduled with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice; the 4 sessions shall be scheduled within a 4-week time frame. Each session is from 6 to 9 pm, in Santa Rosa, CA. Expires December 31, 2015.
At auction close, a gift certificate will be mailed to the winning bidder.
