Item Description

Jessica Osborne is a professional artist with clients around the globe. She was raised in a small town in Illinois by her mother, a painter, and her father, a musician.   

In 1998, Jessica moved to California, where she was inspired by the beauty of the ocean and the calmness of the redwoods. Wanting to bring the mood indoors, she became a self-taught artist, creating all types of art. Jessica always enjoyed art and drawing but did not pick up a paintbrush until 2004. She painted mostly landscape art, pet portraits, and realism.  In 2014, she began to work on abstract art: she feels abstract art stimulates creativity in both artist and viewer. Most of her work is inspired by the ocean and painted on a large canvas. She uses texture, acrylic or oil, and mixed media.

Jessica is represented by Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art (@lgoca), Laguna Beach; Off The Walls Studios (@otwstudiogallery), North Hollywood; Kavka Designs (@kavkadesigns), NYC, who features her with Elle Decor, Wayfair and Overstock. Her art has been exhibited at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel for several years. Jessica has done live painting events and charity events and has decorated open homes with her artwork throughout Southern California. She has always had a passion for creativity: it’s her life’s purpose to be an artist and spread joy with her artwork.

Item Special Note

Kindly note, that packing, shipping, and handling are not included - winning bidders are responsible for pick up and/or shipment of their board, including costs to package/ship. Boards can be picked up at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel or the purchaser can arrange for shipping. If shipped, we often work with a local UPS in Dana Point as the carrier. They have years of experience packaging/shipping our surfboards and do a wonderful job. Before you bid, you may inquire with our UPS Partner at (949) 248-9150 ext.0 to get a quote of how much shipping to your address will cost, as price varies due to location. If you arrange shipment with our UPS partner, we will handle the pick-up arrangement with them but will need to know your shipping address and phone number. They will be in touch directly to confirm packaging/shipment costs. The hotel does not manage this. If you prefer to use a different carrier, you will need to arrange pick up directly with the carrier from the resort and next steps.

Boards will be available for pick-up and shipping beginning Monday, January 8, 2024. Boards must be picked up no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
