Dr. Christina Choi is a diversified practitioner specializing in Spinal health, Headache, Exercise rehabilitation and Wellness care. Her therapy approach involves patient education in complete body care while using her hands-on techniques to correct joint movement and function. Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on techniques focusing on the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of optimizing health. These soft tissues include muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory stems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved, and physical dysfunction and the effect of stress can be relieved or prevented through the hands-on technique of massage therapy.
