Designs for Hope
Recognizing the unique needs of the peoples and communities of the Western Slope of Colorado, Catholic Charities has established a strong regional service with a highly dedicated staff. Designs for Hope are creatively painted and redesigned furniture pieces donated by local artists. Proceeds support local Catholic Charities ministries such as:
Emergency Assistance to help families in need of rental assistance, utility assistance, dental care, transportation and more
Family Transitional Housing to provide case management and rent assistance for homeless families
Community Integration Services to help vulnerable families navigate local systems and have the tools they need to lead empowered lives in our community
