Exciting news, everyone! The LTA Louisiana Travel Summit Auction is officially open for bidding! You can place your bids online through August 28th. Our auction features a diverse array of items, from exotic vacation getaways to unique donated items that are sure to delight and surprise.
Key Details:
Bidding Ends: August 28th at 10 PM
Pickup: Winning items can be collected onsite at the LTA Louisiana Travel Summit Registration desk on Thursday, August 29th between 8am and 1pm.
Items on Display: Visit the LTA Lounge during the Summit to view all auction items in person.
New Items Alert: Keep an eye out! We?ll be adding new items throughout the auction, so make sure to check back frequently.

AUCTION CLOSE OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Attention all bidders! Here are the important details for picking up your auction items:
Onsite Pickup: All auction items will be available for pickup at the LTA Summit Registration Desk on Thursday morning, August 29th.
Items containing alcohol CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUT OF STATE.
For Shipped Items:
A minimum handling fee of $10.00 will be applied to any shipped items, in addition to the actual shipping costs. We will not be able to give final shipping costs prior to the close of the auction.
Winners who do not pick up their items will be contacted via email prior to shipping to calculate the total cost.
Please note that some items may have time-sensitive usage. Most hotels, resorts, and activities are valid for one year from the auction date. Be sure to check the item listing for specific details.
