Hotel reservations may be requested any time before voucher expiration date by email, specific email address with be given to the winner. Cancellations must be notified 3 nights before arrival in case of a No-Show, the certificate will be canceled. No portion is transferable and the trip is not redeemable for cash. This voucher can only be used at specified property noted above. Voucher cannot be redeemed for hotel upgrades and/or combined with any other promotion or voucher. Guests are responsible for any additional charges and services not covered under hotel stay. This original letter serves as a hotel voucher and must be handed to the reception desk upon check-in. If the prize letter is not presented, hotel stay will be charged at the current rate. The credit card that the winning bidder has provided will be charged at the time the auction ends, which will be 10 PM EST on April 27, 2024.
