Item Special Note
Sycamore Ridge is a full-service public golf facility with a driving range and full-service restaurant. The course was recently renovated with new white sand bunkers and continuous concrete cart paths. There are five tees on each hole to suit any level golfer. The bentgrass fairways and greens – first to turn emerald in the spring, last to lose their lush beauty in the fall – are just the beginning. Sycamore Ridge is like two superb golf courses in one. The gently rolling, links-style front nine leads you to the steep, wooded hillsides, valleys and streams of the back nine.
Sycamore Ridge Golf Club is an Orion Management Solutions facility.
Please note: There is a $15 handling fee that will be added to the final bid/sell price by the Environmental Institute for Golf. The fee will be added to the final sell amount and charged to the buyer's credit card. For winning bidders who purchase multiple rounds, there will be a cap on the handling fee of $70 total. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Environmental Institute for Golf for the advancement of education and research in the field of turfgrass management, the collection and dissemination of information on environmental protection, and the promotion of public awareness and safety. All sales are final.
