This Certificate provides Luxury Waterview accommodations for up to 3 Villas
(double occupancy) for up to 10 nights per Villa. All reservations are subject to a minimum supplement of $306-$323 per person/per night that provides dining, beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities & activities. Government tax/service is additional. Guests choosing to upgrade to Waterfront Villa category may do so at additional charge of $200 per villa, per night based on availability at the time of booking. Air transportation is not included. Resort black-out dates do not apply however, minimum 7 night stay and additional peak season surcharge of $25 per person, per night applies Dec. 21-Jan. 3 & Feb. 1-24. Reservations are subject to availability, some restrictions apply. Expiration is a “Book By” date not a “Travel By” date. Nightly rates are subject to change and the resort’s normal cancellation policies. All Certificates are subject to prevailing rates at the time of booking.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.

Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.

All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
