We are excited to bring you the Summer Soirée - Art Auction and Live Event! The event team is busy gathering up lots of great artwork, some of which is available to view now, and more is on the way, including lots of beautiful student art! Take a look, and mark your calendars for June 20th, when bidding begins.

Auction items are curated artworks from Oakwood alumni, community members and supporters. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
Proceeds go to the Oakwood Schools Foundation in order to support the FLOURISH Campaign for the Arts.

Join us for a Roaring '20s lawn party!
The Oakwood Schools Foundation is excited to invite friends, alumni, and community members to the Summer Soirée - Art of Giving event on Friday, June 30 at the Miami Valley Hunt & Polo Club from 6-10 pm. The 2023 event theme is a roaring '20s lawn party.
VENUE:
The Miami Valley Hunt and Polo Club is a beautiful hidden gem of a venue with a gorgeous facility and expansive lawn with a view. The club has a history dating back to the 1920's prohibition era and includes some of the most recognizable names in our history including Deeds, Houk, Patterson, and Talbot.
ACTIVITIES:
Various activities throughout the evening will be inspired by the Roaring '20s lawn party theme including live music, vintage photo booth, popular outdoor lawn games and more. Buy your 50/50 Raffle and Lawn Game tickets to get a chance at winning big and have fun doing it!
Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20, and can be purchased when you buy your event tickets or at the event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Picnic-style hors d'oeuvres will generously be provided courtesy of FUSIAN, Hunny Bee's, and Wizard of Za. An open bar is included with the price of your ticket, with non-alcoholic beverages also available.
ART AUCTION:
Gorgeous artwork from Oakwood alumni and community members will be on display - and could be yours with a winning bid in our Online Art Auction. Items are available to view online now, and more will be added before the auction goes live on June 20th.
