The 50th Anniversary "A Christmas Carol" Online Auction is Open!

Welcome to the 50th Anniversary Auction celebrating Theatre in the Park's "A Christmas Carol" by Ira David Wood III. We have celebrated this holiday magic for 50 years and want to ensure future generations will participate in this North Carolina tradition.

The auction will run from November 20, 2023 to December 1, 2023. Proceeds go to supporting the technical features of "A Christmas Carol" for future years such as new backdrops, props, costumes and tech equipment.

Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Don't be a Scrooge! Let the bidding begin!

All items will be available for pick up at the Gala on December 1 or you may pick them up at Theatre in the Park from 9-4pm before December 8.

You're invited to A Christmas Carol 50th Anniversary Gala!

We will gather at the North Carolina Museum of Art's West building on December 1st from 6:30 to 10:00PM.

Admission includes champagne upon arrival, entertainment, two drink tickets, buffet, dessert, and a silent auction.

The online silent auction will run from November 17th at noon until December 1 at 9:00pm. Items can be picked up at the gala or at Theatre in the Park.
