Diamonds & Divas, is an annual fundraiser benefiting Cancer Support Community Iowa & Illinois at Gilda's Club. This year's event will be held on October 3, 2024, at the Waterfront Convention Center.
Diamonds & Divas offers women in the Quad Cities a unique opportunity to come together, celebrate, and support Cancer Support Community Iowa & NW Illinois at Gilda's Club. This cherished event features an evening filled with laughter and a strong sense of community support for those impacted by cancer.
This event not only creates a memorable experience but also helps us raise essential funds to continue providing our no-cost programs and services for those being impacted by cancer. Last year, we successfully surpassed our fundraising goal and raised $77,000, which directly supported our mission to offer free resources and support to those impacted by cancer in our community.
This year we hope to exceed our fundraising goal of $80,000 as in the past year we have seen a 61% increase in visits. We know that with your support we can do it and together we can continue to serve the growing demand for no-cost social and emotional support for those impacted by cancer in our community.
