The Boulder Creek Business Association is excited for our March 2025 Auction Fundraiser. We hope to see you there!
The BCBA has a single objective - to support the Boulder Creek community. We have a growing work plan to accomplish that objective! It includes events that we hope provide boundless entertainment, and that also bring visitors from surrounding areas who will find "must have" treasures at our unique shops while they enjoy the festivities. The work plan includes large scale infrastructure projects that will benefit residents and businesses alike. Many of these involve collaborations with other local organizations and elected officials from every level of government.
All of this requires fundraising! We cannot accomplish our goals without this support. We hope you'll join us at Camp Campbell on March 8th for a super fun event where you'll have the opportunity to not only donate toward our cause, but also take something home from the auction! At the event we'll have live music, a delicious meal made by the camp staff, a cash bar serving local wines, ciders, beer and various non-alcoholic drinks, a silent auction and a lively live auction. It's always a lot of fun!
Special Ticket Pricing! This year we're offering a couple of discounted ticket options. The first is for the Early Birds. They will get 20% off of the regular ticket price by purchasing by January 31st at midnight. If you miss that offer, we've got another one for you! Anyone signing up for or renewing their BCBA Membership, at any level from Individual to Tier 2 Championship, will be able to get up to 2 Member Tickets at 10% off of the regular ticket price. Memberships can be renewed or started at the BCBA website, www.bcba.net. Those renewing a membership will have the renewal apply to the end of their current term. For example, if your membership ends in August of 2025, the renewal will extend it to August of 2026. Those with a Championship already have complimentary tickets as a perk of membership. They can get 2 additional Member tickets. Please contact us at info@bcba.net if you have any questions.
Thanks to a generous sponsorship from a local business, Messy Play Kits, we're also able to offer free childcare! That's right - it's free! The camp staff will feed and care for your kids onsite while you get to enjoy all the festivities our event will bring to you - for free! We hope you'll consider putting some of that savings toward a contribution to the BCBA, but moreso we hope that it will help entice you to join us at the event! Please note that the children must be potty trained to participate and you must reserve their spot by March 1st.
For those of you who can't make it to the in-person event, we've got you covered, too! At 3pm on March 8th, we'll be launching an online auction with even more fun items to bid on! This online auction will continue for 2 weeks. You are sure to find a few "must have" items in this auction! You can bid in the online auction while at the in-person event, too! Let the bidding wars begin!

You can become a Sponsor or a Champion of the BCBA by going to the Membership page on our website, www.bcba.net. These memberships allow you to choose specific events where we will advertise your business. Members of all levels will have their company's logo on our site that links back to your own web page and you could develop new business. We can track how often your logo is viewed and clicked to see just how many people are accessing your site. If you choose to sponsor the auction, we'll be sure to list you as such on this site, too, like the folks below!
