Walking Man - In a dream, I saw a child painting this canvas in my living room. This abstract painting features semi-gloss and high-gloss paints that create a textured surface.
Piero Manrique is a Contemporary Artist with over 20 years of experience in Fine Art Painting & an Architectural Designer A.I.A. associate with over 12 years of Experience in architecture. His work has been exhibited in galleries in the U.S. and Europe. He has won numerous awards and has collaborated on the design of spaces for notable individuals. In addition to his work as a fine artist, Manrique also designs commercial and residential spaces, mixed-media electronic graphics art and sculptures.
Manrique often collaborates on projects with residential and commercial clients on small and large-scale projects. Based in Westchester County, he works with clients throughout the metropolitan tri-state area.
Originally from Peru, Manrique studied fine arts at Purchase College State University of New York before transferring to Parsons The New School for Design in New York and graduating with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He regularly works with some of the top interior and event designers in New York to create original, contemporary environments. Manrique is known for his site-specific murals and art installations that he designs for public and commercial spaces.
In addition to his passion for visual art, Manrique is an avid salsa dancer and performer. He calls upon both his dance and architectural design sensibilities in creating his artwork.
This package will be featured at our live event on Saturday, November 17, 2018. Online bidding for this item will end on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Please place a reserve bid if you don't want this prize to get away at the live event. Winners will be notified on Monday, November 19, 2018.
