Item Description
Learn how to properly fire up that grill and cook your food to perfection with a BBQ for four people at Pennwood Home and Hearth.
Below is an example of a PAST BBQ class. The class you are bidding on will have a different instructor and menu.
CLASS EXAMPLE:
Join us for our first BBQ class of the year featuring Smokin' Brothers, Primo Grills and Big Green Eggs. Chris Combs will lead this event. He will go in depth explaining grills as he is preparing the food on them. As always, we will provide beverages. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.
There will be some minor changes to how the classes will be run this year. You will still get plenty of good food to eat and beverages will still be provided. We will still require advance RSVP and payment for the classes.
What's changing? The main change you will notice is that most of the instruction will be done at the grills. Classes will begin at 6:00 with a brief introduction and then we'll head to the grills. This will give you a chance to see first hand what is being done and give you an opportunity to ask questions. We will serve food fresh from the grills as the cooking/instruction is being done. We will also have a wood burning fire pit burning and you can make mountain pies and/or smores if you would like.
Sample Menu:
Kurobuta Pork Loin/ Chops (from Troutman's Market)
Turkey Breast
Heath Riles Feta Cheese Pasta w/ Shrimp
Grilled Baby Romaine
Item Special Note
Certificates valid for 2021 and 2022 classes held at:
Pennwood Home and Hearth
