Morning Star ~ Medium roast; very clean and bright on the palate. A carefully balanced blend of Organic and Fair Trade Sumatra and Chiapas coffees. Tangy start followed by a little white pepper and sweet butter caramel on the finish. If you like Mocha Java, you?ll LOVE Morning Star. This is our best-selling blend.
French Roast ~ Dark Roast; aromatic and richly textured. A thoughtful blend of Organic and Fair Trade coffees from Mexico, Peru, and Nicaragua. Bittersweet chocolate with notes of caramel, hazelnut, and black pepper. Dark, but never burned, never bitter.
Four Seasons (Quattro Stagioni) ~ Bella Rosa?s newest coffee. Medium Roast; full rich complex flavors. Four Seasons is a compelling blend of Organic and Fair Trade Bolivian coffees.
