Description
Everything you need to mix, shape, score and bake a tangy, crusty loaf of fresh sourdough bread. This basket will take the mystery out of sourdough for any beginner and set you up for making picture-perfect loaves.
Included items are a recipe book, a banneton, lame, Dutch oven, mason jars, parchment paper, a food scale, bread flour and a sourdough starter. I will give you a tutorial for your first loaf when I deliver the starter, if you would like!
Helpful for anyone who's interested in sourdough but not sure where to start!

This item will be available for pickup at Cinco de Mayo after auction close on May 3. If the highest bidder is not in attendance, alternative pickup arrangements within Eden Prairie will be made via email on record in Bidding for Good.
