Come and get your BBQ y'all!
BBQ package consists of a full brisket trimmed and smoked to perfection and a side of summer brews, enough to feed a party of 10-12 people.
The package includes a 6-8 lbs (size based on availability) full packer beef brisket smoked Texas-style and an assortment of tall boys to wash it down (non-alcoholic substitution available upon request).

We request a 3-week (min) advance notice to prepare your package. Alternatively, the brisket can be provided vacuumed sealed, and ready for transport/freezer, which can be delectably reheated via sous vide.
