Patisserie Angelica in Sebastopol, CA, is an award winning small artisan company dedicated to the fine art of pastry making. We are devoted to out art, committed to quality and true to our vision.
All of our products are crafted utilizing old world methods; prepared from scratch then hand cut, hand formed, and hand filled.
Our pricing reflects a dazzling array of French, Belgian, Swiss and artisan chocolates, organic sweet cream butter, organic eggs and all other dairy. Many products utilize organic cane sugar, organic confectioner's sugar, organic brown sugar and organic all purpose flour from Central Milling. We are committed to using Sonoma County products in peak season. We promote our local farmers and their products.
Patisserie Angelica has confidence that you will taste the difference; as our baked products are pure, fresh, natural and contain no preservatives, artificial colors or flavorings, additives, trans-fats (vegetable shortenings) or stabilizers.
Item Special Note
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder?s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.
All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
