The project is an investigation on the role of Artificial Intelligence in contemporary imagination. The figurine is an hybrid between a robot from the future and rococo furniture from the past. The inanimate objects spring to life and assume anthropomorphic resemblance. ?You and AI? possess a distinct presence and perfectly symbolizes our dual nature, our material self and our real self. The artwork is about ?becoming real?.
The series of 100 AI generated NFT images allows collectors to own a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of digital art, that can be bought and sold like traditional art. The NFT come as a complement to the 3D printed, hand painted full scale sculptures for use in the real world.
