Initial Phone Discussion: Determine the scope of your project and design challenges.
In-Home Consultation (2 hours): Receive tailored recommendations to address design, flow, energy efficiency, structural or plumbing issues, and even how to access rebates from the Infrastructure and Reinvestment Act.
Sketches with Notes: 1-2 hours of custom sketches you can share with your contractor or design team.
Reference Materials: Lee will provide curated links and resources for further guidance after your consultation.
Lee's distinguished career includes being the Senior Project Architect for the award-winning South Fulton Library, which achieved a LEED Silver Award in 2014. Item Special Note

Currently Lee provides only pro bono services, and his overhead is very low, so he is able to charge $100/hour (about half the industry fee).

All items must be picked up at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta, 2650 North Druid Hills Rd., Atlanta, GA 30329. Items will not be mailed or shipped.
