Item Description
This incredible wooden New England Lighthouse (kit produced by Real Good Toys of Barre, VT) was completely assembled and painted by Arthur Johnson, CCC participant. This item takes the concept of a dollhouse to a whole new level!
This item is comprised of a Light Station (the Lighthouse and the keeper's quarters) and its surrounding perimeter. The base measures 24" wide x 14" deep.
The Lighthouse:
- Three floors, measuring 24" tall from top to bottom.
- Painted a crisp white, with seafoam green painted entrance, roof, railings and shutters and black accents.
- Contains multiple rectangular windows with plastic panes as well as circular windows with plastic panes.
- Each floor has black ladders leading to the upper floor.
Most importantly, this is a working Lighthouse! Includes Lantern room with glass Lantern and a flashing lightbulb.
The Keeper's Quarters:
- A one-room building painted a deep red, with blue and black accents around windows and door frame. The roof is black.
- 2 front rectangular windows with plastic panes.
The Perimeter features:
- A real stone wall around the perimeter of the Light Station (Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters).
- Stone "beach" with textured sand in front of Keeper's Quarters.
- Flexible white picket fencing around the Keeper's Quarters & Lighthouse.
- A brown "dirt" walkway from Keeper's Quarters to Lighthouse.
This item is truly a work of art! Give a very special child this wonderful, handcrafted toy as a gift or surprise.
This item includes two Tonka Fire Engine trucks, as well as a fireman figurine.
