Item Description
Connie Wilson Corey of Castle Rock has been an artist/designer/illustrator all her life. She works in pen and ink, acrylics, pastels, silkscreen and has recently taken up mosaic art. Her mask was influenced by the masks of W.T. Benda from the early 1900s. Her mosaic represents "The Benda Girl," after W.T. Benda's stylistic female renderings - but with eyes wide open.
