Stephen Kuhn (accomplished amateur chef and master gastronome, trained in the US and France at Chez Michel Guerard) and celebrated pastry chef Tracy Maes (trained at the Culinary Institute of America, pastry chef at the River Café and Cipriani in New York, and recipient of êêêê from the New York Times) will prepare a delicious gourmet dinner produced from Marin-grown ingredients. The winning bidder can plan a menu from Marin-grown selections such as Hog Island Oysters, organic produce, lamb, beef, cheeses, and other yummy comestibles. To perfect the evening, Jonathan and Susan Pey, proprietors of Mount Tamalpais Vineyards and Pey-Marin Vineyards, will serve their superb, sustainably-farmed Marin-grown boutique wines, including their rocking Riesling, vivacious Vin Gris, marvelous Merlot, and perfect Pinot Noir, all expertly paired with the evening’s courses.
