* A mandatory one time fee of $110 is due at the time of booking. This fee is in addition to the winning bid amount and is per stay per room.
* Your vacation certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights of hotel accommodations in Cancun, Mexico, and has a retail value of $1048 usd.
* This certificate is valid for travel by 2 adults, one of which must be at least 25 years of age, and 2 children under the age of 12. Adults must present a valid driver´s license and a major credit card for identification at time of check-in.
* This offer is not available for groups of more than 3 affiliated families and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
* This certificate is valid for hotel lodging accommodations only. Complimentary transportation from the Cancun International Airport to the hotel is provided. It does not include food, beverages, air travel, or incidental expenses.
* All reservations are subject to availability and may be requested via telephone 60 days in advance of your requested arrival date. There are no blackout dates and accommodations during special holidays, 90 days notice is highly recommended, for example:
- The week of Christmas
- New Years
- Easter and holy week
* Requests for additional nights or any other modifications to this certificate are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons. Notice of cancellation or changes to a confirmed reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* Yucatan Holidays is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This certificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase.
* Travel must occur within 18 months from the date of purchase, and reservations must be made within the first 12 months of the date of purchase.
