Item Description
A session of CranioSacral Therapy to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. I gently work with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia to ease restrictions of nerve passages. The movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord is optimized, and misaligned bones are restored to their proper position.

Item Special Note
I started my CranioSacral therapy since 2002 and studied with the Upledger Institute. I have taken several classes that goes with CST.also the Advanced CST and some brain classes.
CST primarily facilitates the process that enhances the body's inner ability for natural healing.Focus is on removing restrictions, enhances mobility, improves circulation of blood,spinal fluid to brain, spinal cord, glands and cranial nerves. Very effective on a wide range of ailments associated with pain and dysfunction. Like headaches, TMJ,carpal tunnel syndrome, vertigo,Lower back, hips, knees, foot, upper back, shoulders,neck arms, fingers, mild depression emotional releases etc.

I am the owner and worked solo since 2004. When I work I sometimes use Young Living essential oils when appropriate. I was a yoga teacher but prefer to provide this energy type of work. When I work with a client, my hands tells me which tools are required from my tool kit. sometimes stretching/ yoga or thai yoga form, breathing etc and they always go home with homework. I try to show how one can facilitate to make themself better. I provide Endermology and Raindrop therapy. I also have 3 rooms available for like minded persons. The Ayurvedic Practitioner,Ed Danaher from the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico also does consultation from my office twice a year.
