In a very relaxed state (kinda like you feel when you're lost in a good movie or book) we work with the subconscious mind to change habits, and thereby change behavior.
You'll always be in control and you'll always know what's going on in a session - it's not like you see in the movies - I could never make you walk out in traffic or quack like a duck. You'll always be aware and hear everything.
What kinds of things do people want to address when they come to me? Overcoming jealousy, becoming more organized, letting go of the past, overcoming obsessive behavior, losing your sweet tooth, looking younger, etc.

My studies include hypnotherapy, Quantum Touch Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Two of the authors that have influenced me the most are Klaus Joehle, Living on Love and Eckhart Tolle, Power of Now. There are two movies that have also had a great impact on my belief system. They are What The Bleep and The Secret. I also follow The Teachings of Abraham. I heartily recommend these sources to anyone who wishes to bring focus into their life.
