Item Description
This is a rare vase for the serious collector. This vase is by Charlotte Muacedus and is from the San Juan Pueblo. It is made in the traditional Pueblo way which involves the gathering of clay from the pueblo lands. The clay is then hand formed - no pottery wheels are used. Each vase is fired underground. In this case, the color of the clay determines the color of the pottery. The top is done in the traditional kiva step pattern. It is signed. One of a kind. Measurements: 11" h x 7 3/4" w.
