Robyn Lark Wakefield is an educator, world traveler, writer, artist and founding director of Urban Goddess International in Dallas, Texas. She brings a multi-faceted career in management, human resources, training and manufacturing to her work today.

Her educational background, both traditional and alternative, includes extensive studies in depth psychology, Eastern philosophy and practical anthropology. But it was the many years living, studying and working with the men and women of South East Asia, Australia and North America that has contributed most to her comprehensive understanding of the issues facing contemporary women and men today.

As an educator and guide in Singapore and Sydney, Australia, Robyn conducted experiential travel for western women to remote parts of South East Asia. It was during this time that she recognized that only when a woman begins to trust her innate wisdom can she fully assume her authentic power and make vital contributions to her own life, her family's, community and the world.

Robyn has a natural gift for creating the space where dynamic and restorative dialogue can take place. As a catalyst for effectual transformation, one of her greatest passions is empowering others to step into larger shoes and live more audacious and authentic lives.

After many years exploring the world and living in places as urban as Makati, Philippines and as remote as Tirta Gangga, Indonesia, Robyn now resides in her birth home of East Dallas.  Because of her love of vintage clothing, jellied madrilène and cooking in heels, it has long been suspected that beneath her iconoclastic and worldly persona she is actually Donna Reed in disguise.
