Work with Development and Engineering on a TRUMPF Laser machine project.
Gain experience in all aspects of bringing a high-tech product to the market. Student will be exposed to various tools, methods and applications in a high technology environment. The student will also have an opportunity to look behind the scenes of one of the leading providers of high power lasers and laser equipment - a rare opportunity!
Seeking Candidate with an interest in math and science (physics, mechanics, computers, design and engineering).

Item Special Note
Requirements: Bidding Candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Canton High School Sophomore (or older)
- G.P.A. of 3.0 or greater.
Logistics:
- Duration: ~80 hours
- When: to be completed within a 6 week period between 6/20/2011 to 8/20/2011 as mutually agreed.
- Location: 3 Johnson Ave, Farmington CT 06032
Other:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, a plus.
- Good communication skills desired.
