Item Description

Let Cathie Kavanaugh and the PTA take care of dinner for you!  Invite your friends and family!  We will cook, serve, clean up a dinner for ten in your home!

 

Choose from the following menu's!!  Winning bidder will need to contact Cathie Kavanaugh to select menu and a date and time.

Baby artichoke, lemon and Parmesan fritters

Jumbo lump crab cakes with Serrano aioli

Vegetarian Vietnamese spring rolls with a citrus Hoisin Sauce

Pepper seared sirloin in Berkshire blue cheese popovers.

Hot and crusty chicken brochette

Grilled tamarind prawns

Teriyaki Shitake Mushrooms with Mirin sticky rice,

Topped with Spicy Cucumber

Grilled Grape Leaves with Herbed basmati rice, cashews, golden raisins

And Minted Raita Dip

Eggplant Fritter with Chevre and Spicy Tomato Chutney 

Wild Mushroom Pot stickers with Sesame Soy Dip

Fig and Walnut Tapenade on goat cheese Crostini

Pan seared Halibut with ripe tomato, roasted garlic and caper salsa

Succotash of Orzo, sautéed mushrooms, native corn, soybeans, cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley

 

Grilled Vegetables (Eggplant, Zucchini, Artichoke hearts)

Mixed greens with Arugula, sweetheart tomatoes, feta, cucumber and pickled red onion with red wine vinaigrette

Tuscan Lemon Salmon or Herb Crusted Tenderloin served with Salsa Verde

Gratin of Eggplant with an Orange Tomato Sauce

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Salad with sweetheart tomatoes

Mixed greens with Arugula, roasted figs, caramelized onions, Monterey chevre and balsamic vinaigrette
