Engineer Craig Foster's Foster Energy Management Co (FEMCo) will complete a full review of two years of utility bills to ensure proper billing.
- FEMCo will confirm the utility has assigned you the most advantageous rates and recommend changes.
- Your energy usage will be benchmarked with similar buildings using U.S. Department of Energy statistics. This will help you see how you rank against buildings of the same type and in similar a climate.
- Finally, based on your specific energy usage patterns and trends and a walk-thru of your facility, Foster Energy Management Co will recommend specific actions you can implement to minimize utility costs.

Craig Foster, the Founder and President of Foster Energy Management, has over 33 years experience as an engineer and manager. His experience spans many areas of facility design, optimization and management including Energy Management Auditing and Implementation, Utility Management, Building Design and Operation, Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plant Design and Operation, and Solar Thermal Installations. Craig has worked for a gas and electric utility, as an engineering consultant, and in facilities management and engineering for a major manufacturer. In addition, he has 15 years experience managing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in an industrial setting.
Accomplishments
* Led the Green Factory Activities (utilities and waste management) for a 1.8 million sq. ft. auto assembly plant with emphasis on process savings (pumping, heat recovery, etc.).
* Led the ISO 14001 Certification for a 1.8 million sq. ft. auto assembly plant.
* Acted as Energy Audit Project Leader for six U.S. military bases in Europe.
* Developed expertise in the Building Loads and System Thermodynamics (BLAST) modeling program to analyze existing building energy use profiles.
