Our mission is to provide a sacred space to practice Yoga in Miami. We are located just off famous Brickell Ave in Miami's financial district. Our style of Hot Yoga is Vinyasa based! Vinyasa Yoga with Heat means the best of both worlds. Please come and visit us to experience the complete spectrum of benefits that Hot Yoga has to offer. Our vigorous multi level classes end with final relaxation and small meditation. Beginners are welcome to all classes.
Instructor is Pablo Lucero.
Pablo Lucero discovered meditation in 1994 at the age of 18 and found his spiritual union and physical balance through yoga in 2006. He has been practicing yoga ever since. He is a dedicated practitioner of Vinyasa Yoga and a humble student of the Philosophy of Yoga. Pablo gives all credit to his yoga master Fred Busch and his lineage of masters. Recently studying his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Fred Busch Director of Brickell Hot Yoga where he currently teaches hot power yoga and leads a volunteer program.
Pablo believes that yoga is primarily a spiritual path practiced through challenging and powerful physical exercise. His power yoga classes integrate intense postures (asanas) with proper alignment, promoting blood flow and cardio, breathing exercises and complete relaxation. Pablo is grounded in the traditional wisdom of yoga meditation and utilizes cutting edge teacher training methodology to guide his students.
