In the comfort of your own home, Focus Events and Catering will provide a professional chef to prepare a custom designed three course menu for you and your guests which will make you feel like you are right in the heart of Tuscany. The menu will be a ‘flight’ through Italy showcasing the Italian staple- Pasta! Pasta will not only be the common thread throughout the meal but will be prepared, made, cooked, and served right in your home. From flour to plate, it does not get any fresher.

The day of your party the chef will arrive at your home with a server and create an unforgettable night! A first class dinner party, in your home, at your table with your friends has never been easier!

As your guests arrive we will offer cocktails to be served as everyone gets comfortable and the party begins. The chef will begin creating the pasta to be served for the first course. Following cocktails, your staff will direct your guests to your dining table to enjoy the first course- an exquisite Northern Italian dish featuring spinach pasta in a light béchamel with a touch of thyme.

The entrée soon follows as your own special occasion wine that you have been saving is being elegantly poured and shared by you and your guests. The entrée is delicious semolina flour strozzapretti shaped pasta with a traditional Bolognese sauce topped with shards of fresh Parmesan.

Your dessert soon follows and tops off an unforgettable night- a chocolate pasta cannoli. A large round of chocolate pasta handmade and filled with rich cannoli cream, an Italian delight, with a sprinkling of fresh berries and homemade cream.

A truly unforgettable night that not only entertains the palate but your guests as they watch and see how true Italians make fresh pasta for

their families in the heart of Tuscany!

Travel time must be under an hour from Manhattan or travel time will be charged.  Food for passed selections and all three course will be provided as well as a chef and a person to serve.
