Welcome to the Art of Balance Therapeutic Bodywork.

Whether seeking relief for a medical condition, to recover more quickly from surgery, reduce stiffness, release stress or maintain good health, Art of Balance works with each individual to feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest. We combine your medical history and desired results with direction from you to develop an individualized massage session aimed to normalize the body system and promote general health and well being.

Therapeutic Massage doesn’t just feel good, it’s good for you!  

Art of Balance is now accepting patient referalls from doctors for pre and post operative therapy. Many Insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of treatment. We now accept most major credit cards through PayPal. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome.

Dave Delgadillo, MS, LMT, MMP, born in the Monterey area grew up in Central and Southern California. Upon graduating from CSUC he continued his education and attended Cal Tech in Pasadena, California earning his Masters degree in Scientific and Engineering Management. While in school he also competed for The USA Wrestling Team, an Olympic Committee Organization, earning State, National titles and a place as an alternate on the 1980 USA Wrestling team. After competing, Dave received his coaching credentials from the Olympic Committee and coached (including many young women wrestlers) for a number of years in California and Arizona. He is also a licensed referee for the USA Wresting Olympic Committee. While coaching, Dave also earned is certification to be an athletic trainer.

Dave enlisted in the Air Force as a para-rescue crew member.  He served two tours. His duties included caring for and rescuing the wounded as well as returning deceased warriors to their home base.

Since leaving the military Dave has kept up his medical training in multi-media first aid, emergency medical technician, AED, and CPR.  In addition he has received his license in massage therapy and his medical massage practitioner certification from the State of Arizona. He received his massage therapy training from the Cortiva Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson.
