Winner gets a private cooking demo & lunch for 4 people in their own home! Feast on a Modern Spanish Lunch! Menu: White Almond Gazpacho, Salt Cod Xato Salad, Sheep Yogurt "Cloud". Lunch will be served with a light Albarino. Chef Daniel Brooks is a European trained chef specializing in Spanish cuisine. He works in San Francisco as a private chef, consultant and author/illustrator. Chef Brooks is available for private dinners, restaurant consulting, food writing and illustration, bilingual staff training, demonstration and instructional cooking, and gastro-tourism.
Restrictions: date to be mutually agreed upon and subject to availability. Winner will provide kitchen, saute pans, blender, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses.
