Item Description
Danny Manning is one of the greatest players in Kansas basketball history and current Assistant Coach for the Jayhawks. Robin Waldron was commissioned to design a vase depicting his amazing KU legacy.
Two sides of the vase have records and statistics, another side has a framed basketball card from his days as an LA Clipper forward, which was donated by the daughter of the artist. The KU Jayhawk wraps two sides of this unusual vase. Robin stated, “The vase was not large enough for all his accomplishments, so I narrowed it down to college and the start of his professional career.”
