The Mouse and the Lady is a humorous twist on a vintage photograph. Katherine enjoys painting animals to create a lighter atmosphere and to add an extra interest within the piece. She will often start from photographs that she has taken or found that are inspirational, and begin with a sketch drawn directly onto the canvas, which is then worked over with layers of paint.

Item Special Note
This item can be shipped via UPS or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6 – 10, 2012. The Museum is open Tuesday – Saturday from 10-4pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
