Item Description
We invite you to join us for one of our food tours, each approximately 3-4 hours in length and sampling 6-7 local eateries. We'll indulge in the tastiest local eats from chef inspired dishes, to juicy burgers to decadent sweets; and share lots of Austin lore along the way. We even throw in a libation & a little fine dining for you Dallas kids.
South Congress Tour
Guests on the South Congress Tour will be able to sample a diversity of food in the South Congress and S. 1st Street area. The epicenter of eclectic Austin is filled with some of the best 'off-the-beaten-path' eateries. Led by a guide with insider knowledge of the area, guests can expect to learn about the South Congress and it's happenings and the local culinary scene. The South Congress tour typically includes the chef inspired "Tomago Yoko", Austin's best shrimp & grits, our favorite New York style Pizza, juicy burgers, seasonal specials, a libation sampling and much more!
Downtown Tour
Downtown Austin is home to many thriving corporations, but let's be honest- that's not what visitors write home about. Austin's night life, especially 6th Street, is renowned as quite crazy. And while the party crowd is sleeping, our tour will catch the city in its down-time, for a quiet, laid back experience. The 10:00 a.m. Saturday tour is unique and features the fresh arrivals at the Austin Farmer's Market.
The Downtown tour includes a few stops at the Austin's Farmers Market, a landmark burger joint, freshly baked sweets, Austin's newest gastropub, gourmet sausages, a libation sampling and much more!
East Austin Electric Bicycle Food
Our Uncover East Austin Bike Tour simply put, is just really cool. We think it's especially awesome for our Austinites who like a relaxing bike ride and already know Downtown and South Congress like the back of their hand. We'll provide an insider tour of Austin's quickest growing and most diverse neighborhood district. Guests will explore this eclectic side of town making a name for itself as a global melting pot of restaurants and food trailers. You'll finish the ride feeling pretty impressed you can introduce friends to hidden gems on the East Side including Brazilian, Japanese, African, Austin's newest brew and even a little South Philly!
