The Silver Moon Drive-In Theatre features two screens showing double features seven nights a week, a full snack bar and sound via FM car radio or in-car speakers.
The Silver Moon opened on April 14, 1948 and was the first drive-in theatre to open in Lakeland, Florida. On Saturdays and Sundays the Silver Moon hosts the Swap Shop, offering free customer admission, free parking, snack bar with full breakfast menu and great deals on antiques, tools, clothes, produce and more! The Silver Moon Drive-In Theatre is the last drive-in theatre in Polk County.
The Joy-Lan Drive In Theatre offers a full snack bar and sound via FM car radio or in-car speakers. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Joy-Lan hosts the Swap Shop/Flea Market offering free customer admission, free parking, snack bar with full breakfast menu and lots of bargains! The Joy-Lan has been in Dade City, Florida for over 50 years and is the last drive in theatre in Pasco County.
