Sit back, relax and let Chef Paul and his staff provide you and your guests with a fabulous meal with wine pairings right in the comfort of your own home! From simple to elegant, choose one of three menu choices from Vines and Branches for your next special gathering.
Wine will be paired with each course, dependent on each menu selection . . . enjoy up to four different kinds!.
Dinner Choice 1 - A Chocolate and Wine Lovers Delight!
Appetizers
- Caramelized Onion and Blue Cheese Tartlets
- Mango Shooter with a Firecracker Shrimp Garnish
- Pear, Pecorino, Walnut Pizza
Soup
- Could do a couple of choices here depending upon the time of year....Cold Mellon Soup or a hot Roasted Tomato Basil, hot roasted root vegetable soup...
Salad
- Mixed Greens with Crasins and Toasted Walnuts with either a Poppyseed or Balsamic Dressing
- Dinner rolls with herbed butter
Entree
- Chocolate and Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with a Blackberry Red Wine Reduction
- Steamed Baby Red Potatoes
- Steamed Vegetable (Asparagus or Green Beans)
Dessert
- Dessert Trio of Creme Brulee (flavor will depend upon time of year); Mini Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake, and Homemade Ice Cream or Sorbet (type and flavor dependent upon the time of year).
