Head down to New Orleans in the comfort of your own home with a catered dinner for 12 by Chef Dave Postada of The Big Easy Catering Company. Specializing in Cajun, Creole, and Caribbean food, Dave’s been cooking great food and serving up great times since 1992.
The Big Easy Catering Company will plan with you and prepare a meal from appetizers to main course to dessert just like you’d get in the Big Easy. From Shrimp Creole to Crawfish Etoufee or Cajun Roasted Pork, be prepared to savor forkfuls of the southern culture, tradition and recipe perfection that have earned New Orleans its culinary legacy.
This meal will be served in your home and includes a selection of outstanding ice cold beer specially paired with your meal. Chef Dave will even bring some traditional New Orleans jazz and zydeco music and Mardi Gras decorations…beads and masks if you’d like. Let the party begin!
Item Special Note
Most cooking is done in the Chef's professional kitchen, but donor's kitchen may be needed for staging or keeping some food warm. Place settings not included, but can be arranged and picked up for additional cost. Limited to Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, California.
